RB Leipzig Defeat Borussia Dortmund 2-0 in DFB-Pokal Quarterfinals

RB Leipzig booked their place in the DFB-Pokal semi-finals with a 2-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund on Thursday.

Borussia Dortmund had their chances but could not find a way past Leipzig goalkeeper Janis Blaswich. Leipzig held on for the win, despite a late surge from Dortmund.
The win is a major boost for Leipzig, who are now just one match away from the DFB-Pokal final. It is also a blow for Borussia Dortmund, who were hoping to win their first DFB-Pokal title since 2017.
Leipzig will face the winner of the match between Borussia Mönchengladbach and Eintracht Frankfurt in the semi-finals.
