Borussia Dortmund confirmed their place in the final with a 2-0 aggregate victory over Paris Saint-Germain. Jadon Sancho and Marco Reus scored the goals in the first leg, and Dortmund held on in the second leg to secure their place in the final.
Real Madrid beat Bayern Munich 4-3 on aggregate in the other semi-final. Sergio Ramos scored a late goal to give Real Madrid a 2-1 win in the first leg, and they held on to win 2-2 in the second leg.
This will be the first time that Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid have met in the Champions League final. Dortmund are looking to win their first Champions League title since 1997, while Real Madrid are looking to win their third consecutive title and 14th overall.
