AMBER Alert: Police Searching for Missing Princeton Teen
Suspect in Custody, Amber Alert Canceled
An AMBER Alert issued for a missing Princeton teenager has been canceled after the suspect was taken into custody and the teen was found safe, according to the Princeton Police Department.
Teen Found Safe
The 16-year-old girl was reported missing on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, after she did not return home from school. Police issued an AMBER Alert shortly after, asking for the public's help in locating her.
Suspect Arrested
On Wednesday, January 11, 2023, police arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with the teen's disappearance. The suspect, who has not been identified, is facing charges of kidnapping and child endangerment.
Investigation Ongoing
Police say the investigation is ongoing and more details will be released as they become available. The teen's family has been notified of her safe return.
AMBER Alert Canceled
The AMBER Alert for the missing Princeton teen has been canceled as of Wednesday, January 11, 2023. The teen has been found safe and the suspect is in custody.
